Yes @Shaz51 he was doing so well (so I thought) he wanted to go to hospital has come out on Tuesday after a couple of weeks with different meds mania and a not so nice persona. Pushing boundaries and all of my buttons. I cry all the time (not in his sight) and life is miserable. Just want him to want to help himself.

when my mr shaz had different meds it took a while to set in 

can you Let his tem , doctor know what is happening ??

Yes I definitely will. I told his Dr in hospital I wasn't happy and it wasn't my son but it fell on deaf ears. @Shaz51 

When he has mania he's not reasonable and I can't talk to him about meds. He's out at present by himself and i  feel like my heart is about to explode from stress. It sounds terrible but if it does then I'd get a break a least.

Adult children in mania are very difficult.  The services have many devices and extra people to manage these things.  When carer is mother, there is only ourselves.
