got insulation in celing after finding there was none. house tiny. batts cost bit under 600, paid some dude 200 cash to do it, he didnt want hourly rate, was done in 3 hours , good luck to him and picked him up and drove him home 30ks each way as no licence lol. once he had cash he asked to get dropped elsewhere .. guess had to see candy man .. good on him, he earnt it lol.
the bi big one was ceiling fans though. got sparky used before after nearly giving up with non communication, pondered, tried again.And again.
trusted his choice of fans. So glad . could not have hoped for more. plus put smoke alarm in as that wasnt connected either. so all habitable rooms (4) have big reversible DC fan like 6 speed, (powerful) w flash LED lghts that can dim or change 'warmth' and remotes so didnt have to run extra wiring. best $2500 ever spent..
also .. yeah last one .. had 2 huge old pines was worried about . talking confirmed over 25metres, and one 1metre diameter til 4m off ground. dude came and went first one was quick as thinner, 2nd one was epic, think near busted him and his chainsaws , but he won, had helpers, had the gear and walked off with $5k cash. now waiting for exposed roots that extend 10 plus metres across back yard to die.. chainsaw just ordered on internet from Woolies should help that .. lolo.. $139 reduced from $350 made in china, free delivery lol excellent reviews, double power of brothers $1000 German one lol.. just need hockey goalie mask now .. jk .. lol
