got 2 window a/c's to put in
made home gym, maybe couple extra things .. still no lounge ..der was thinking big high front fence and lockable gates, just left gate open, fence 2ft high lots neighbours, dead end street then NBN k car shed, well a shed, depends how big, want one like neighbour has, think around $8k without concrete slab, i can afford that lol prob 25k ha ha
