Just popping in to let you know I am also here if you need me. But @Snowie is a wonderful support, so I know you're in good hands. 

Reworking your safety plan to meet yourself where you're at is a great idea. 

What does your body/mind need most right now? Connection, distraction, movement, or something to slow things down? 💛

Yeah I get that @Eve7 

I find it hard to follow when my SH thoughts get too loud.

Sometimes I try things, other times I just give in to it.

Today, I went to hot pilates - a strength training class. Then I went to a local market and ate a savoury crepe with meatballs (so good). I also did some reading about Internal Family Systems/Counselling. Aaaand then I came back home to work.

You’ve had a busy day @AuntGlow . I just did some uni work. Not much energy .

That's understandable @Eve7. Some days you do have to go slow and simple, in fact, most days can benefit from this approach!

What are you studying atm?
