I don’t know why she wants to renovate at her age @Snowie when she already lives in a fully restored federation house….but I know, it’s the view!

Houses are selling fast everywhere now and I’m over people calling me to ask if I want to sell.

I love restored federation houses. So much history with some of them.

We just finished renovating a house. Have it on the market now. Hoping it sells quickly.

I’ll leave my renovating to the kitchen and patio @Snowie then I’ll do more landscaping.

I hope your house sells quickly. Will you get another one to do up and sell?

Kitchen and patio seems like big jobs too @Eve7 

I think especially when you have to live in the house at the same time too.

Being without a kitchen can be hard. Lots of take away and microwave meals!

Once the house sells we will look for another one to do. Just depends on what's around and what price it costs.

Yes, I’m sure the microwave and air fryer will be getting a good work out as well as the bbq @Snowie  but I’m looking forward to it all starting.

How many houses have you done up?

I love my air fryer @Eve7 So much quicker than the oven,

At least with the warmer weather you won't be freezing cold if you are using the BBQ

Just been home alone today.

Oh that would be a great to see. They are very lucky indeed. I've never seen it before. I know a friend did last year and they said it was amazing.

I went to kmart and big w the other day and they have so much Christmas decos/clothes there. I can't think of Christmas yet. I've still got one more birthday to get through.
