I would recommend Empire @Bunniekins . Bit heavy in parts and won't suit everyone, but mum and I enjoyed it...do you know the basic story?
The Oscar winning one certainly looks interesting!

@Bunniekins Well, it's set in early 80's England mostly about employees in a cinema that has seen better days. Lead actress (Olivia Colman who I reckon does a great job) has mental health issues...which I was wary of, and I wouldn't want to discourage you for that reason, but it is a consideration.
That said, I thought the film did a good job (the story is far more involved than that, but it's obviously a topic that resonates with us on the forums)

@StuF interesting i should definitely give it a watch. when i was at uni i studied philosophy and we had many discussions re multiverses ... so interesting. personally it wouldnt surprise me if we were just a dream and when we die we are actually waking up into another realm.
